A: Scaffolding can generally be used in normal weather, but work should be paused during severe conditions. Temporary roof systems can also be installed for added protection.

Q: Do I need a permit for scaffolding?
A: In most cases, no permit is required for scaffolding on private property. Permits are only needed when scaffolding is erected on public land or the highway, such as pavements or roads.

Q: How often should scaffolding be inspected?
A: Scaffolding should be inspected at least every 7 days, as well as after any adverse weather or significant changes to the structure, to ensure it remains safe and compliant.
